Specifically things are not adding up -
a) how can there be a forest with rays of sunlight underground (when we were in a cave in darkness before)
b) where the heck is this music and voice (that is speaking nonsense) coming from
I think we are still in the cave, clearly we went underground, we did use the boat in water to land here, it was dark. Is that enough detail. These are my thoughts to myself. I would stick what said out loud before.

Alrik sees no other way out of the area besides going back to the beach where the WaterLadder waits. Phadian proclaims the scene makes no sense to him and passes a hand in front of his eyes. The other grip their weapons unsure as to wait to do or really just what is going on.

Rhegaer takes his time getting his wits about him. He visualizes where his tinderbox and torches are in his pack, then slowly removes the pack and retrieves them.
Then he lays a torch out in front of him and attempts to get it lit.

There is a spark and a small growing flame as Rhegaer lights a torch. Urist comes around at this time and finds Squishy sleeping next to him.
