Olaf drops his bow and pulls out his sword and unslings his shield, "We're sitting ducks up here. We need to get off this wall and down into the courtyard!" he shouts as he forms a shield wall with Dieter and Torben.

Dorgan will continue his scrap with the wolf-man in front of him.

Armando launches a surprise attack against the werewolf threatening Highbough!

"Oh not you again" sighs Gustave at the appearance of the ash demon, "is it time we danced?"

He turns to the rope he used to ascend the outer wall and flips it inside, then uses it to achieve the courtyard.

Dieter continues the attack on the one he's facing.

Wen would call out "Ware the Tar Pit Beast! Arrows are of no use. It comes for us let us be quick.". He would sling his bow and draw his sword and shield move to aid Josiane by drawing off her attacker.

ADDED: As Wen rushes along the wall towards the battle if the opportunity looks available he would raise his shield and try to overbear the Werewolf hopfully knocking of the wall.



OOC: I can't deal any damage so I'll try engage defensively hoping to give Josiane a chance to do some other then avoid dying.

If Wen can draw its attack, Josiane will attempt to invoke the power of The Righteous Evangelist..

"Be careful, Wen!" hisses Highbough. "Keep your guard up and don't let the Demon target you!" Highbough will follow the same advice, falling back toward Wen and Josiane, so the demon's line of sight to him would be interrupted by his were-foe. He feints and jabs with the Ire Spear hoping to finish off his lupine opponent. If there is a break in the action, he will hand his silver dagger to Wen so the young Elf has a chance to harm the were-beasts.

Ulric moves closer to Dorgan as Gustave climbs down to the courtyard. If he can, Ulric will cast Web upon the two werewolves engaged with Dorgan and Beringer. He will do his best to entangle only the wolfmen and not his comrades. If this is not possible he will not cash the spell.

But what will Josiane do in the event that:
a) the werewolves win the initiative and attack first,
b) Wen is for any reason unable to participate in her struggle, or
c) Wen is able to participate in her struggle but is wholly ineffectual?
