From Fred's wand comes an intense blast of cold, freezing solid poor Maloof and all the henchmen. Aldbane casts Hold Person, which is resisted AGAIN, and then Franklin moves up and stabs Fredbut not fatally

This kills all the henchmen
Wand of Ice calls for saving throw vs Breath Weapons. The question is, do magic plusses of defensive items help with saving throws? DD gives no direction on that, but the AD&D DMG allows it, so I will take it into account; Grampus gets +1, Rhod gets +5!!, Maloof +1, Franklin +1
