Yep... And Wen is doing everything he can to limit the gaze attack to him alone. That is putting himself directly into the line of sight, arm waving, threatening with sword, etc...

Do we risk a full turn of rest (10 minutes)?
The house rules state the chance of surprise is doubled. But we'd each regain 1D6 hp.

What spells do Ulric and Josiane still have available?
How long before Josiane's Magic Weapon spell wears off?
I agree that finding Gustave is the first priority but, if he's not dead yet, he's probably not going to be killed in the next 10 minutes. We should only go after him right away if Josiane's spell is still active. If we lose that, we are probably ok resting.
