Urist and Hagwen advance slowly down the left passage, the rest of the party follows ready for trouble.
10,20,30,40,50,60,70 feet in a Southwest direction and the tunnel starts to widen into a cavern.
Surprise:

As careful as the party is being the residents of the cave are some how aware of their approach. No surprise round on either side, perhaps it was the lantern light that has spilled into the room.
Urist and Hagwen are the first to see a large cave at least 50' in diameter, this is the home of 5 goblins who's dirty nests and merger possessions are strewn about the place. As the party enters two of them are standing near the entrace peering down the tunnel, jabbering in their crude tongue.
"A light, hsss, what brings light into the soft dark?" Says on Goblin
"Ain't the prayer circle, not sun goaway yet." answers the other.
"Humans! Wake, Wake!"
