"Give me a second." Olaf makes his bow ready, "Now I will come with you."

Olaf's sword is sheathed at his side and he is without a shield now, but he can use his bow and arrows to support Dorgan on this mission.

Meanwhile, Dorgan, Olaf, Josiane, and Gustave set out for the basecamp (which lies not 200 yards yonder...).

That leaves Desmond/Mondes, Ulric, Armando, Torben, Guntram, Dieter and Rufus to hold the abbey gate (a sufficient force!)

All of Envongr's worldly goods, excepting his coin purse and his supplies, are scattered about, nearby. His backpack has been torn up and its contents spilled.

When they arrive the find the camp site abandoned. There is no sign of Graven the Dwarf, nor Murphy the mule nor any of the supplies left here. Baal's Festering Hole, it looks like hunger will feature prominently on the menu once more!

ooc: Any source of dead wood besides the old apple tree? Any likely areas that could be dug with the pick? Wen would not hold up the group but as long as we area standing around he'd try to figure out what could be done later on the way out.
