Biff still getting used to Franklin and the ring's power says: Well met again, Franklin. Biff agrees with party to head west and follows along.

Aldbane follows west, nodding a greeting to Biff.

You've drawn 30' west of the door, so let's pick up at the 40' section.

At 40' is a 10' wide corridor branching north for 10 to a door
At 50' is a 10' wide corridor branching south to a door
At 80/90' is a crossroads with another 20' wide corridor leading north/south

Go down and check it out, or check one of the side doors?

Let's try the doors, starting with the north one.

[Makofan]

The door seems safe, so you open it. You see a 20' high x 40' wide room, 20' on the left, 10' on the right of the door. There is a door on the north wall straight ahead of you. The room is filled with what looks like knee high grass

Or chest-high grass if you're a gnome/halfling!

Maloof is rather wary of the grass, what could it be hiding? Who's got a spear or polearm and wants to lead the way, prodding ahead?

[mushgnome]

Franklin nervously clutches his sword and says, "What's happening?? I can't see a thing!"

Meanwhile Sconces lifts a leg and pees on the grass.

Biff responds to Maloof saying: I have a pole, I will take on prodding about with it.

Rhod will cover Biff, so that if anything happens he can react.

Biff does some clumsy prodding near the door, nothing that useful, except the grass doesn't seem to be real. It's like it is made of some hard but bendable, artificial fabric
