How about this one? I forget the exact logic behind the previous lineup. Most of our characters are short, the only tall ones who could use missile weapons over the others' heads are Rhod and Aldbane, so I set up the order with that in mind. Similarly, the torch bearers should be able to cast light above the others' heads fairly easily.

I remember Rhod being in front because he was a fighter, so I always had my sword and shield out. But now that we've all got some levels on us, I could stay behind the shorter ones and carry my bow. That works for me.

Updated version: I have moved Rhod back to the frontline for optimal defence. Moved the two halfling henchmen to rear guard. I created a space for Vortimer's (temporarily-named) New Wizard. What do you all think, any further changes? Or did I mess something up with the current change?
