HIGHLIGHTS OF DELVE 3
- Rhod and Grampus fall in a pit that chutes them down 100 feet to an ogre lair. They are hauled back up to safety after killing ogre. Possible alternate route to deeper levels found.
- encounter a new species, two griffon-headed taloned humanoids with swords
- met Pres the imposing, a magic user looking for rare potion ingredients, and willing to pay for them. Here is a sample of the things he could use: "A troll's testicle, a dragon's heart, the tongue of a lizard, a manticore's ear, magic water, soluble slime, semi-precious gems - all would be useful." He updates you on the geography "Well, the northern door leads to my guards and laboratory and library. I have a small set of rooms here. Feel free to head east though. I believe all monsters in this northern section have been cleared by my men and I". You respected his wishes and headed east
- you encountered a room that magically generated good food and drink
- you met talking furniture that traps anything that sits on it
- encounter a new species, seven-foot tall walking bear-like creatures with three legs and three arms
- you heard about a goblin generator to the south (you keep getting attacked by groups of 7 goblins)
- you found stairs down in a room with two armored men. They demanded a 10 gp per party member toll to descend to level 2. They also warned you not to head east from their room as nobody ever returned.
- you killed a deadly swordsman
- all your henchies died
