When you do a 20' corridor, do you stick to the middle, with 5 or 6 feet to either side of you, or do you tend to go down one side or the other?

If everyone agrees, I'd say center, unless we somehow notice something odd about the floor or surroundings that forces a choice of one wall or the other.

I was thinking stick to the right-hand wall.

Just seems a bit safer to keep to one side rather than walking in the middle, and I chose right-hand side just because (ie no particular reason).

But I'm not fixated on it, happy to listen to other opinions.

Good idea to hash this out now. Almost all of my dungeons had 10' corridors, so 20' is relatively unknown territory for me

Normally, I am thinking of the middle, unless we have specific information that they are possible traps or secret entrances.

You come to the first crossway, and you can see each is a 10' section that leads to a door

Are the doors all symmetrically located?

Are the doors on the left hand side, the right hand side, or directly forward?
