Olaf looks about, but there is no apparent access to the roof-top proper; which is probably a good thing since it looked to be steeply pitched from the outside.

However, there are a couple of man holes in the ceiling which might be used to attain access to the ceiling cavity, if one had a ladder; the ceilings are 12ft overhead.

Satisfied with this, Olaf head downstairs...

There might be some kind of tension between Dieter and Josiane, and Bennug the Goblin butler has a bloody bruise on one side of his face.

The other goblins hurry off in the direction of the kitchens, under the direction of Goblin madame Piganne.

The scent of cigar smoke can be detected from the direction of the ball room.

Bennug the butler look enquiringly at Olaf, but only stands politely awaiting further instruction.

Although, he is talking to the old Goblin Olaf keeps glancing at Dieter and Josiane trying to figure out what the problem is.

"Why thank'ee, indeed, for your kindness. Much obliged," Guntrum replies, fumbling for a light and taking a few long draws to get a good slow burn going. "I hope those buggers know what they're about. But of course they must, being among such a tried and true band. Must be what Dame Josiane wanted them fer...."

"S'truth! Dame Josiane! She'll need to know I didn't get her message through! Uh, back shortly , so sorry Sir Gustave, just a moment."

Guntrum hurries off to let Josiane know the state of affairs.

If she can, she will squeeze through and go in search of the others (firing up one of her torches if no light source is visible within). If not she stands anxiously at the opening, listening for any sound of what may be occurring below...
