For all her apparent anger she picks her words carefully.

"It is no secret, Master Dieter, that certain members of this company are bigoted, bullying louts, but I cannot allow this passage of behaviour to go unchallenged. These folk have been open and honest in their approach to us and courteous in their behaviour. Is it completely beyond you to respond in kind, or must you continue to behave as if you were born in a stall?"

Shooting him one more furious look she turns her attention to the goblins, showing what appears to be a very genuine concern.

"I cannot apologise enough. This behaviour is quite inexcusable. I can only ask your pardon."

To Bennug: "If you will permit me I will be happy to tend your injury. It is the least I can do in the circumstances. And then perhaps you and your fellow staff would be so kind as to accompany me on a tour of the premises. Starting with the grounds, perhaps?"

She flashes the elderly goblin what she hopes is her prettiest smile...

Gustave and Guntram peer at the tiny little opening at the back of the great gothic fireplace. How a grown Man is meant to get in there is a bit of a mystery... and Gustave realises, as he affixes the last strap of his new breastplate, that there is no way he'll get in there in full armour. Even trying would cause all manner of scuffs and scratches to his glorious mail.

Clearly a job for Halflings.

"My staff and I are at your disposal, Sir," he says to angry Dieter, with what might be construed as unhappy emphasis on that last word.
