He stops here for to take a breath, or for theatrical value.

"We will thence return to our cozy cellar here with what intelligence we have gained and for Dieter and others to take their turn."

Finally he turns to Josiane, "As for your threats of the walking dead, Madame, I assure you that we take them with the upmost gravity, but must request you give us a moment to reorganise ourselves lest we fail to serve you to the upmost of our abilities." he says, bowing deeply and gracefully (and filthily).

"I trust this 'plan' is suitable plan to all? If not speak quickly as the say is wasting!"

Coin will be more divisible amongst the group, true, but hardly more portable.

In fact, sacks of coins will be scores of times more bulky than the jewellery is (depending upon how much coin it actually fetches).

The majority set about their morning's tasks, with Dieter and Guntram volunteering to remain behind to guard the loot, and also, it must be fairly said, to sample a few more of Albert's fine brews. Desmond/Mondes awaits the arrival of a cloak before venturing out, with Mondes complaining of every imaginable complaint.

"What you gawkin' at Toots?" he coughs when Josiane's jaw drops at her first casting eyes upon him.

Olaf and Gustave make their way to Gernmaine's Baths, following directions from Albert's stable boy, and soon find the place. It is not quite so illustrious as Gustave was hoping, with the bathes themselves being primarily a series of naives cut from solid bedrock and filled with invigoratingly cold river water. However, there are several great brass tubs of soapy water with cook fires set beneath them so that the water is at least warm.

However, their are barbers and back scrubbers on hand, and for a mere 3cp a piece the pair are scrubbed so clean, and shaved so close that they scarcely know themselves!
