Leudigar offers his skills of tracking to Manfred's troops during his week of recovery, whether it is hunting game or helping locate enemies.

Once the week is up, he will buy a week's worth of trail rations and a new shield before indicating he is ready to head back out.

Faengol will pass the time going through and deciphering his new found spellbook.

Additionally, during the week, he'll seek to watch and learn from the various fighting types around, to see if he can learn more about the art of fighting.

On the last day before the party resumes adventuring, The Herald buys a week of rations.

Boggs will spend his last day in camp shopping for rations and pipeweed.

With the rest of the party's agreement, Leudigar ransoms Thickneck to Manfred's officers.

"Good luck, mate. Could be worse. You could be dead."

Then Leudigar returns to the group and splits the ransom coin evenly between the original remaining party members.

There are 7 active party members and 1 NPC, so 300sp must be divided into 15 shares. Active PCs get two shares, NPCs get one.

Thus:
300/15 = 20
1 share = 20sp/20xp

Are we splitting the proceeds from the sale of any armor and weapons? Or is it whoever carried it gets the silver?

Just want to know, in case I have to dig up Alfwin's corpse and sell it to a necromancer for some carrying-around money.

I say if you carry it, you profit from it. Or, in this case, if you dig it up the corpse of a holy man to sell, then, er... your soul receives the damnation. That's just me, though.
