Quick question, though, regarding my starting scrolls: am I keeping these as my references for spells I can memorize or am I casting from them? In NPC mode, I think Mads has already used one of them up, leaving me with the Yaw and Lambent--correct?

We should hire some carriers for our excursions as well. People to just carry torches, extra shields and supplies. We should definitely invest some funds in hiring some human guards for the front gate and grounds.
