Greetings fellow players, here's a quick real life update:

I've had some "employment stress" recently. End result is I'm starting a new position in a new office as of July 1. To go along with that I've had to catch up on the last two years of taxation affairs which has been... umm... "important". All a bit stressful, in fact.

Meanwhile, in my spare time *cough*, I have been (slowly) working toward the hardback edition of DD. This will include some rules amendments that are relevant to our game, and I want to put these into action shortly. I will write a separate post with more specifics, but the most significant updates will be around: Heroes (4th level fighter and above) will tend to bounce back after combat vs normal-types, and Elves will have better combat performance vs specific types. More on all that coming soon..

Looking forward to seeing the new rules! But hope we don't have to put them into play any time soon (recovering after combat and attack bonuses vs. certain creature types!)...

Today is my first day at a new position (at the same company). Not sure yet what the impact will be on forum posting, but most likely it will be "less posting during normal work hours" for some time.

I should still be good for the required posting rate, though it will probably be later in the day or evening hours.

Hey guys, sorry it's been so slow recently. I've been settling into a new pattern of work/life balance where work seems to be getting a bit more than it used to, plus I have an hour extra commute each day. I'm still figuring it out... but hang in there; I'm hopeful I can work something out.

Summertime slow down... it's a real thing , my game is slower also. Heck MakoFan just opted out of summer entirely, smart man!. Don;t worry we'll all muddle through somehow.
