Grampus tosses a coin in the air and says, "How about Heads - North, Tails - West?" The coin lands on tails. "How about going West as a direction?"

Biff, cleaning off scattered Weasel goo from his shield says: "Um, oh! North...sure"

You open the door onto a 10' long corridor, that looks like it might expand into a room, but a large cloth hanging is barring the way. Right by the curtain is a 4' long green lizard resting on a small bed of coins. Its eyes open and it looks at you lethargicly, then lurches to its feet

Does the lizard look anything like, say, a dragon? Perhaps a very small one?

No wings or anything, so more likely like a big iguana
