Has anyone else been quietly hoping for a chance to go back to the Hinterlands for YEARS now? While the world of Kry... er... Krayon... isn't EXACTLY the Hinterlands, I've had so many little flashbacks of my early teens, taking my old DL paperbacks to my fort in the woods to read in a much better atmosphere for reading D&D novels. It's been pretty cool. Even remembering the last moments of Flint and Tass together... That was maybe the first time I realized just how much I'd emotionally invested in the imaginary characters of a book.

Well... the very first time might have been at the end of Old Yeller. But the Flint/Tass scene was right up there, too, and surely an early realization of that.

I can see you have the URL pointing at a resource/address that doesn't exist.
Where do you want the link to actually go (i.e., where is your character sheet resource located on the internet)?

Once you know the address, it should be a trivial matter of using the URL tags as shown in the docs here: https://www.phpbb.com/community/help/bbcode

FWIW, you can also make your "Flin sig" appear only in the Wrymspear forum with the F tag, as explained here: viewtopic.php?t=699
(Wyrmspear is forum number 59, so you'd use F=59).

I also notice that you have square brackets in your sig. PHP-BB will try to interpret square brackets as BB-code tags, so you should probably use (parentheses) or {braces} instead :)

The link you want is
  Code:
https://forum.immersiveink.com/viewtopic.php?p=37111#p37111
  Code:
[url=https://forum.immersiveink.com/viewtopic.php?p=37111#p37111]Flin[/url]
So for the complete example here is my sig
  Code:
[f=4][url=https://forum.immersiveink.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=102]Wen[/url] the Pale, Elf Hero/Spellbinder (MV 12", AC 9, HD 4/2, hp 11/11, FC Hero, L) helm, bow[/f]
[f=47][url=https://forum.immersiveink.com/viewtopic.php?p=31440#p31440]Kiplyn[/url] Sorefoot, Hobbet Thief (Lv: 4 AC: 5 Hp 12) Leather+Shield+Dagger, Sling[/f]
[f=59][url=https://forum.immersiveink.com/viewtopic.php?p=37095#p37095]Tass Purrfoot[/url] (Hobbet Varlet, MV 9′′, AC 7, HD 2, hp 8, FC 2 men, SV T7, N)[/f]

@rredmond I'm just dropping in to say hi! (and because I love Dragonlance)

Does anyone remember my character Boggs the Rat Catcher? He was loosely modelled on a Gully Dwarf.

ha ha, sorry, knew you weren't playing (though my hopes went up for a second) but then I realized I was sure who was playing!
