Dougal spots the three spiders and recognizes them as the three from earlier. He fires a sling stone at the wounded spider in a continued effort to kill it.

Giant Spider Battle, Round 1
Dougal finishes the wounded spider with an accurate sling shot!
Robur and Noh hit spider #2 with their sling and dagger respectively.
The two surviving spiders drop to the ground.
Kiplyn, Dame Simonetta, Beppo, Noh, Fiona, and Ginger all miss.
Wilbur chops into spider #2. The henchman Douglas follows up with the killing blow and looks pleased with himself. "I'm invincible!"
Willie wallops spider #3 with Cheg's trusty warhammer, breaking one of its legs. The spider tries to sting Willie in retaliation, but Willie pushes back, keeping the spider at bay (for the moment).
At the end of round 1, two spiders are dead, only one remaining. Missile fire would risk hurting Willie, so I recommend switching to melee weapons. Your intentions for round 2?
