Aldbane and Franklin are going to charge the skellies and melee
Maloof is going to hold holy water, looking for opportunity fire
Halfling slingers will hold fire
What about Wiglaff, Rhod, and Wiglaff's henchmen?

Rhod will rush the skeletons, smashing into one with his shield. It's magical, so probably a better weapon than his sword...

The skeletons get off a volley of missile fire, and both Franklin and Wiglaff are hit, then Rhod is among them smashing them while he whirls away with his shield, pulping three of them. The rest of the group mops up the last two skeletons. The last two zombies are cowering in the NE corner
2 skellies @Aldbane, roll 7/1, both miss
skellie @Franklin, rolls 20, hits for 2 damage
skellie @Rhod, rolls 4 - miss
skellie @Wiglaff, rolls 17, hits for 4 damage
Rhod bashes with his magic shield, rolling 15/6/20/10, hitting 3 times for 4, 7 and 3 damage, killing three skeletons
Franklin attacks with his magic sword, rolling 13/10/1/1, hitting twice for 2 and 1 damage, damaging the last two
Aldbane rolls 11, hits for 1 damage, killing one of the wounded
Wiglaff rolls 2, 9 and 8 and lisses all three attacks
Elven Spear roll 19/6, hitting once for 2 damage and killing the last skeleton

"Those stupid zombies are blocking our exit," Maloof says. "So much the worse for them, have at them!", he commands the missile troops.
Looking at the map, the same NE corner where the zombies are is also where the exit door is located.

All the archers shoot at the two cowering zombies, and they are quickly disposed of

Aldbane tends to the wounded (staff of healing for all those who were wounded).
