Looking at the map, the same NE corner where the zombies are is also where the exit door is located.
The map is wrong - I see one of the issues. The room with the snake cages - move the basilisk door down 10 feet. Then the corridor comes out of the northern - most square on the east side of the room, not from the top. Also the corridor to the zombie room is 10' too long

Mapping is never perfect, I'm not fussed if a map is out by 10 feet here and there.

There are two exits in the current 40x60 room (including the one we entered through)? Where are they located in the walls?

The other exit is north wall, on teh far left (west)

Franklin is pleased that his henchmen are restored to health. He walks over to the far door on the west end of the north wall and gives a good listen with his keen hobbit ears.

The light illuminates a 30x40 room, 30' wide centered on the door. It has also awoken a giant black amorphous blob from its rest. It stars to ooze towards you
