Dame Simonetta will give the potions to anyone wishing to sip-test them (but she won't do so herself).

If Willie and Wilbur are happy to continue on a bit longer, then let's do so. Our choices are either the narrow tunnel Kiplyn is near, or back to the pit room and try one of the exits from there.

Kiplyn stands still near the start of the bend screwing up his courage..... Slowly he would sneak forward to peer around the corner ready to flee at the first since of anything scary.

Dougal, Willie, and Wilbur each regain 1 lost hit point after a good snack.

Meanwhile, torch in hand, Kiplyn bravely crawls around the bend into the unknown. After about 40' he reaches a Y intersection. The southern branch leads to an open area, while the eastern branch bends out of sight.

Does Kiplyn continue scouting, and if so which fork does he take? Or does he go back to his friends?

Kiplyn resists the urge to keep going and instead returns to the group. "That tunnel splits again further down it might be worth following it, but not me alone."

Yeah, if Dame S will produce them, Willie will tentatively sip the potions.

Willie sips one of the potions. He feels a minor surge of well-being, and his wounds scab over, ever so slightly!

The two potions look and smell identical, and Willie suspects the other would have the same effect.
