Added mono(space)

I added a BBcode for monospace font, this will let you ASCII art with other BBcode embedded unlike the "code" tag.

(edit) Hmmmm, 'code' still seems to work better if there's whitespace....

hmm that's unfortunate .. But makes sense since it just changes the font to a monospace font, the whitespace is still ignored like normal in bbcode -> html

Ways poked me..So I fixed the mono tag... Now Cowsay can be used in mono... Happy now!
