Maloof asks the Genie to open the door in the south wall.

Franklin stands by, sling in hand, pending the outcome of the genie's door-opening.

The efreet contemptuously kicks the door and it explodes in fire, to reveal a scene of a robed man sitting on a throne, with six chanting acolytes in a semi-circle around them. They stop their chanting and turn to see what happened at the door

"Attack!" Maloof orders the Genie, pointing at the robed man on the throne. If the Efreet enters the room (rather than just immolating it from outside or something), Maloof will follow into the room, attacking acolytes with his mace.

If Franklin has a clear shot, then he will try to hit one of the acolytes with his sling. If he can't get a good angle, then he will watch to see what the genie does, and try to move into a better position to attack on the next round.

Aldbane waits as well, but is ready to move into melee or cast a spell if needed. He orders Yarpera to ready his throwing knives.

Wiglaff hangs back, and orders his men to spear anybody who flees and gets past the efreet and the rest of the party (an unlikely happenstance but worth guarding against).

He himself will watch the four corridors leading out of the chamber, wary that the noise the efreet is making may draw other enemies.

The man on the throne shouts out "Set, aid me!" as the efreet closes in on him, and a look of despair crosses his face as the call goes unheeded. The efreet slices him with his sword wreathed in flames, and the priest's vestments catch fire. The acolytes panic and rush to the door

How are the party arranged to deal with the men?

Just behind the doorway for a choke point?
Way back to allow missile fire?
Back a bit to allow them to burst out, and then surround in melee?

I think we're best off using the door as a choke point. Maloof is ready front and centre with his mace to deal cruel justice to these Set worshippers! Next round, he'll order the Efreet to attack them from the rear.

Aldbane will have Yarpera throw his knives at the approaching acolytes, and only join melee if needed after they emerge from the door.
