The scorpion charges quickly into the group before anybody can react, and vents its anger on the stout dwarf. Its pincers sink deeply into Grampus' flesh, and while he is held in place, its venomous stinger plunges into him. Only the constitution of a dwarf could shake off so potent a venom, and although he reels, the poison fails to do its job

Aldbane comes to Grampus' aid and smashes the scorpion with his hammer!

If Maloof is within melee range he'll swing his mace! Otherwise, he will let fly a slingstone if he can get in a shot.

I'll let 4 people melee it. I assume Rhod and Grampus will be two of them, and Aldbane and Maloof the other two, unless anybody has any changes

Grampus through a painful haze from the venom swings his axe into the head of the scorpion.

Yes, Rhod will definitely want to take a swing at it!

Since it looks like Aldbane might be wounded, Wiglaff will leap into the fray, as he is currently wearing his armour & wielding his battle axe.

If Franklin gets a clear sling-shot then he takes it. He wouldn't risk hitting Grampus, though.
