Freid moves past the tired front line, making sure the Zombies stay down, then standing guard while the injured and tired rest. He will stay with Zax, to cover his flank, but doesn't want the excitable ?Gnome? to leave the area until the rest of the party is ready.

"Zax, hold for a bit and let the others rest." says Freid, "We need to stay together down here or we might walk right into a trap. Or something we can't handle alone."

"Something you canny handle more like long-legs" say Zax, still scowling at the absence of the hag.

He plucks the broken zombie finger from his visor and flips it away, then plonks himself down with a sigh.

"With all this a-restin' I dont see how you lot ever get anythin' done."

Dopey has no flasks of oil in his pack.

I suppose he was holding karls torch.

My apologies; I must have confused The Herald's orders for Dopey's somewhere along the way:

That's what comes of juggling too many things over too long a period. I will endeavor to be more mindful...

Akbar wanders a bit deeper into the chamber in an attempt to discern any exits before handing the torch back to Wetzel.

Leudigar rests and takes a bit of time to bind his wounds.

Akbar paces out the chamber with Wetzel's torch illuminating his progress, while the exhausted combatants take a rest and Gerhard joins the party in the room.

As far a Akbar can make out, the space is roughly 50ft deep and 30 wide. The whole place is walled in with ancient flagstones; grey-green with verdigris. In this regard it is demarked from the goblin tunnels leading to it. Akbar notes two stout looking doors at the back of the chamber; one turns left, the other right. The door to the right must turn back the way the company has just come. It seems only logical that the hag must have escaped via the left...

By the time Akbar is satisfied, everyone is rested up and feeling fit enough to continue.
Rest results for the fighters: Zax, Leudigar, and Zem return to full hp after combat with normal types. The Herald is a cleric (not a fighter) so he dices 1d6=1 and recovers 1 hp for his rest; thus The Herald ends up at 2 hp down from his total.

Wetzel's wounds are old and will take more than a breather to heal. He takes back his torch with a nod of thanks and retires to his place in the marching order.

Leudigar suggests going after the hag before she can cause any more trouble for them. And to see if she has anything that made it worth all their trouble.

"Let's finish this,"he adds before listening at the left door.
