(To keep it moving along, I'll assume that Dieter ("I only need 1 hit point!") and Mads will staunchly continue the fight, and that Caine will look for a backstabbing opportunity -- I hope you don't mind.)
Anwyn fires again, this time at the able foe who has shaken his bewitched comrades to their senses, but her missile flies wide in the semi-gloom (1d20=8), perhaps due to the very strange sight of a bound and gagged Dwarf jogging toward her.
Caine, harbouring hopes of taking the enemy arear, begins to sidle around behind the melee, and en-route he too sees Taines running toward him.
In the general fray initiative is rolled (Olaf 1d6=6, Victor 1d6=4, Dieter 1d6=3(+1), Rodrick 1d6=4(-1), the enemy 1d6=3, Mads 1d6=1(+1)).
Olaf roars in rage, hitting out hard and fast against his wary foe, but for all his feints, thrusts and slashes his effort goes unrewarded (1d20=11). His opponent is proving to be canny indeed.
Beside him, Victor and Dieter work together to maneuver the Herald between them and then press their combined attacks. For a moment the Herald defies them both skilfully, but at last his defenses are beaten (1d20=15, 17 respectively). Victor lands a heavy blow with his morning-star (2dd=2,4) for 4 hit-points only moments before Dieter mortally slashes the monster's throat (2dd=3,4) for 5 hit-points. The Herald drops to his knees, "Curse you all," he gags awfully, before falling dead.
Meanwhile, Olaf's opponent fients, then lunges deeply, and but for his quick reflexes (1d20=10) Olaf would have been skewered alive! Spying the Herald's downfall, Rodrick continues his assault against Olaf's now overstretched foe and delivers a cracking contusion (1d20=13) to the side of the fellow's head (2dd=5,6) for 7 hit-points, immediately laying him low.
Sensing the battle turning, the right-hand-man brings a ferocious last assault against Mads, and penetrates his defenses (1d20=14) with a cunning slash across the thighs (2dd=2,3) for 3 hit-points. But, after weathering this hail of scything and slashing plays, Mads retaliates -- requiring but a single, deadly hew of his cold iron axe (1d20=14) to strike his foe for (2dd=4,4) an eviscerating 8 hit-points of damage! The gutted right-hand-man is spun about by the impact before landing, rag-doll, in a ruined heap.
As all this unfolds, Ulric changes his mind and sheathes his sword in favour of sling and stone, and prepares to put bullet to the scarcely visible foe. Unfortunately, he fumbles in the semi-dark (1d20=1) and his stone falls from the sling before it ever is launched.
Beyond the heaving slaughter-ground, the remaining four foe are already turning and scampering off into the night...
