Dorgan has 5 of 11 hit points remaining, and faces at least three more enemy; it's hard to see exactly how many of them there are in the dark chaos.
What now?

"Run! It's time to go... now!"
As soon as Dorgan senses he has room to flee, he will do so. Until then, he holds the line against the next zombie to approach.

On seeing the approaching helltide ahead, Josiane is aware of a soft voice whispering in her mind, counselling retreat.
The voice of her Lady? Or of simple commonsense?
Whatever it is, she intends to listen to it.
"Dorgan! Percy! Beware! They come from behind as well! Make haste lest you be cut off!"
If she's had time to find her holy water, Josiane advances to the mouth of the tunnel from which the new threat is emerging. Should the enemy come within range before her comrades win free of the passage behind, she hurls its precious contents into the ranks of the approaching Undead with a hissed, "Get to Hell!" upon her lips.
If she hasn't been able to get the water, she will advance as before, but with sword and shield raised, ready to try and hold back the threat until Percy and Dorgan have cleared the tunnel behind her.
"Lady, protect thy servant," she whispers as she gazes upon advancing horror...

Josiane issues her warning as the horrors from beyond the grave stagger toward her. She grips the flask filled from Saint Tamarae's Well as Mads, then Percy make good their retreat.
Dorgan gives a last almighty swing of his axe in an effort to give himself space to break off from the fighting and flee, but these monsters are without a thought to self-preservation! They know only a burning hatred for the living, and for Dorgan in particular. He nicks an elbow and a claw with his axe then high-tails it out of the rapidly darkening melee. Hideous claws and teeth swipe and snap at his heels as he turns...
(Big roll coming; will Dorgan be dragged down..? 1d20=5)
...but the stalwart Dwarf shrugs them off and runs for his life!
Josiane flings her Holy Water at the new enemy (1d20=11) and the glass flask smashes upon the ceiling before and above the foe, showering them with a splash of Saint Tamarae's Water, if not a direct hit. (1d6=1) Only the leading monster is contacted (1dd=3) but its foul flesh blisters and sizzles at the contact, and the monster shrieks fiercely and seems to fit with rage. Whatever its purpose, it pauses momentarily, just long enough for Dorgan and Josiane to flee back past the intersection before the foe get there.
What now?

"Back down the passage and up the stairs to the pavillion!" gasps Josiane; "The Saint willing, we should outpace them!"
As they pass the alcove where the girl was chained, Josiane will dart a swift look if it doesn't slow her retreat. Is the girl still there?

Dorgan, a grim look of quiet determination (just winning out over sheer panic) on his face, will follow the Lady Josiane back up to the pavilion.

The company flee the dark passages and the moaning, seething, tearing dead that walk there!
Josiane sacrifices half a moment to see whether the chained girl is still imprisoned... but whether it is a trick of the shadows or some other ill, she cannot spy the girl. And then time is up, and she too flees ahead of the wretched dead.
Up the stair they hurry, where at least there is some vague hint that there might be daylight beyond. As they top the stair, all four see the great two-headed hound dolefully licking the wound Percy gave it with one head, and the other looks up to see them once more. It immediately leaps up toward them!
What now?

"Hug the walls!" cries Josiane to the others; "I have a thought for this one! Guard my back against Undead!"
She will hold the centre in front of the staircase, presenting herself as a target for the onrushing hound. As it leaps at her she will drop down low on one knee, sheltering under her shield and try to use it, her own strength and the dog's momentum to throw it over her and down the stairway into the following zombies.

Dorgan has no earthly idea what hiding behind her shield will accomplish for Josiane but he will hug the wall just next to the staircase and chop the first zombie that shows a limb.
More likely, Josiane will end up on her back with an angry two-headed dog worrying her leg, and in that case, Dorgan will attack the dog. And he means to kill it this time.
