Okay, so this is a second hail out, just in case anyone else happens to stop by.

In the meanwhile, let's take this week to figure out what happens next. Any preferences? At this point I am open to suggestion...

Highbough and/or Boggs the Mouser are here.

Suggestions:: I believe the ogres should capture the dwarf then debate how best to cook him into the wee hours so that Highbough can floating down from the treetops and kill them all... ;0 Or, um, hmm something like that.

"I fear," says Gustave, pausing to allow the fragrant purple smoke from his cigar to spill from his lips, "that our time here in OOC is about to end, my dear dwarf."

Zax downs his pint and drops the mug onto the pile beside his armchair, then clicks fat fingers for another.

He chews on his moustache thoughtfully for a moment. Takes up a pipe. Stuffs it with some fine weed. 'Longbottom' he said; something about a hobbet

"Well its bin a pleasure Gustave, but all good things cum ta'n end."

An elf maiden appears with a tray of mugs. Places it delicately on the stand next to the dwarf, then touches the shoulder of her colleague, who is giving Gustave a foot massage. Takes her place.

"Well its back to bashing skulls for you I guess" muses Gustave, sighing as the elf maiden prods a nerve, "at least you have that to look forward to, I was stuck in a..."

Mmm, yes, yes. All very entertaining

I guess the obvious options appear to be:

* Return to the Gustave rescue mission in the Otherworld,
* Return to the lowbie Hezmog dungeon crawl (with related Ogre cave seniors thread),
* Start something new,
* Some combination of the above.

Remembering that less referee spread will potentially yield more progress, where do you want to go?

I don't want to be selfish, but I'd still like to rescue The Gustave if we can. That thread's been dangling for quite a while now.

But I'll go with the majority.

Poor The Gustave... he's likely a grandfather to little human-wolf pups with crumbs down the front of their furry chests now, given his proclivity for association with the females and time spent in the Otherworld.

But yes, I do miss Desmond. And... ok, and Mondes.

However, that would exclude Highbough, Dorgan, and Wen unless we just continued with their thread, even though their timeline would be really messed up at that point. It is likely none of our characters will ever meet again in the gaming world, unfortunately. Or Highbough, anyway. I suppose with their longer lifespan, we might meet Wen or Dorgan in their twilight years...

But, like Coffee, I'm good with anything. I just want to play.
