I was actually going to decapitate him as well, but thought it was a bit out of scope for my character. Funny how similar Fighting Men are across the world.

I hadn't even read coffee's post when I wrote mine. This is pretty funny.

I never introduced myself. Hi my name is Tony. I'm 31. I live in Kentucky, USA. I've been playing D&D for about 17 years off and on. I started with 2nd edition. Recently I've become dissatisfied with the rules heavy 3.x and hated 4e. SO I started looking at older editions that's how I ended up here. Glad to be playing with you all.

Glad to have you ghostofmarx (Tony) in the game with us. I also used to play AD&D and other role playing games when I was at High School then Uni (1980-90's) and then more off then on since then.
I enjoy the rules here and playing on-line is interesting but it seems to work well, to have a constant game without having to get together every week in one place. Its fun and that is what matters, and waysoftheearth is a great DM and creator of the game, we can thank him for it all.

Thanks for the kind words -- it is always good to hear that folks are enjoying the game.
I have been thinking recently that it might be nice to see bit more "weird and wonderful" dungeon action, but I'm not going to rail-road. We'll see that stuff as and when it comes up... perhaps when a few more PCs level up

Heartless -- on the Cast thread you called your PC "Wibert", but in the game threads you are referring to "Wilbert".
I have been going with "Wibert" since it was up first, and it's somewhat more interesting (perhaps?), but which did you intend?

Ooops, it appears that heartless has the same low wisdom as Wibert Hoggsberry (the shadow) and is forgetting his name he was born with. Thanks Wibert is his correct name.

I'm off on Christmas Holidays for 3 weeks. ;D My company shutsdown each year and we all have to take 2 weeks off.
Well I am off to Japan with the family for a holiday, I hope to see real snow instead of an other hot summer here in Australia.
I do not know if I will have internet access much if at all, so waysoftheearth can you play Wibert the halfing (hobbit) for me as an NPC. Let him have fun in his character but don't let him get hurt too much. If I can I will login and play a little.
Merry Christmas!
