Percy examines the parchment... it appears to be a formal invitation for a certain "Master Engumime of the Traders' Council of Ket" and associates to attend a night of "Entertainments and Games" at Master Grumolg's Private Club on Glib Street.
The event is said to be scheduled for this very evening...

"Entertainments and games," murmurs Josiane, a troubled look clouding her fair face as she peers over Percy's shoulder; "I dislike the sound of that..."
Her expression shifts from troubled to determined; "We should investigate, and swiftly. How do you propose we proceed?"

Percenier thinks for a moment... and then says:
"
Well... we could go now there to scout the place, and find out if there will be some kind of dress code or something... you know, if we go dressed in our battle garments -he gently knocks his boardshield next to him-
, we are going to stand out from the crowd, and we don't want that. "

"Not without checking to see if there are innocents within requiring our aid first," Josiane says in a pleasant but decidedly firm tone of voice; "I think Percy's plan of an early reconnaissance is an excellent one, don't you agree?"
And she fixes Mads with a pretty but steely smile...

It does occur to
Mads that little in the way of intelligence, nor treasure, would be forthcoming if oil and burning brand were set to this place... perhaps the fighting Man's plan is viable. For a start, at least.

"
What?! Those merchants just said -
Percy lowers his voice-
... they just told us to shake their offices a bit, maybe loot'em, but not to burn them to the ground! By the gods!"
Thinks, and says, now more calmed:
"
Lets eat something first, then we'll go take a look, and just then we will think about fires and looting... come on, call the tavern keeper, and lets give that purse some use."

"More tea, if you will, good sir," says
Josiane, flashing her charming smile; "And what do you offer by way of repast?"
