Dorgan looks a bit chastised but he continues over to the door. He looks back at Mads and Percy to make sure they're ready for battle before he moves the table out of the way.

Indeed, it appears as though he could hardly miss if the dog comes rushing through the door...

He will push the table in the direction that allows him to be behind the door, should the dog burst in as soon as the door is open.
