Psshhh. You should thank WOTE. He made them. I just took the time to gather them all in a thread I call "Desmond's Burgled Maps And Bits". ;)

Hey, if you guys don't mind, does anyone mind if I map? Even if Dhren isn't the fellow holding the mapping gear in character?

I've finally figured out how to hand-draw maps, get pics on my phone, and get them onto my PC for digital upload onto a forum. As long as I take the pics outside in good, natural daylight, they come out good and are very readable.

...And it's fun 8-)
Go for it! :)

WOTE got back to me regarding mapping via PM. It's cool with him if I draw the maps as we go along, as long as *some* character goes through the motions of pacing-off distancing and 'mapping' in-game (He says it doesn't have to be dhren; But it's ok with me if it is. I was wondering if a magic-using type wanted to do that, though).

If you guys don't wanna hastle with it, that's cool; But if you do, let me know and I'll begin or PM with the fella that's playing the 'in-game' mapper.

Saw your awesome character sheet Merctime, great job ! Did you do the character art yourself?

A thing that has been on my TODO list for ages is to put together an Excel version of the DD character sheet so that sheets could be "live" on line via Google docs. Still hoping to get there eventually...

Thanks, Simon :)

I had fun making the character sheets. It was a bit tedious... I just used the 'sign' tab in adobe reader to 'add text'. Took a bit to get the text cursor to pop somewhere close to the lines sometimes!

About the art, nope, I didn't draw it. I DO draw, but I shade for absolute crap, and don't draw often really. I've been doing mostly maps and stuff lately; No character art (which is what I normally draw; Sometimes Comic people, sometimes D&D types). Maybe one fine day I'll schedule a day 'just to draw'.

Having a form-fillable one of those sheets would be awesome! They are just beautiful :D

I confess, however, that I have nary a clue about excell... I tried to download the OD&D monster list you posted over at Fin's boards, but couldn't get it to copy to PDF correctly :?

I think it's a reasonable assumption that the abbey is largely explored now. If there are monsters left, they are lurking about rather than threatening openly.

Either way, it seems that the werewolves have been unseated leaving YOU as the principal authority about the place.

From here it seems we can either:

a) Continue at the adventure scale in order to solve the mystery of the Ring Room, or
b) "zoom out" to the campaign scale and decide what your next strategic (one day) move should be.
