Noting the hobbits being led of to (dubious) safety by the weird elf, Gustave focuses on the goblins flanking to the right.

"Stay safe, my cruelly-afflicted comrade," he cries over his shoulder to Desmond/Mondes, "and we will soon share some roasted goblin with a side-serve of warg. Ahh...better that you had lost your sense of smell eh? Ha haa!"

He positions himself to receive the charge, holding the group's right flank.

Josiane moves to a position where she is able to protect Ulric from arrows with her shield when the fur (and the fire) starts flying...

Torben will set his spear vs charge on the opposite flank as Highbough as the warg riders approach.

Hmm, Torban is near the front of the line. Dieter is about 3 yards in front of him, and Josiane is about 3 yards behind him. Further back there's Dorgan, and then a bunch of others. Highbough is somewhere way down the line, so does Torben intend to run back to Highbough in order to fight (somewhat) back to back with him? Or does he intend to stand his ground right where he is?

Dorgan will step up to stand beside Dieter and hold the line, attacking whoever comes his way. With his sore feet, he'd prefer to let the battle come to him.

He is careful not to get in front of Ulric.

"Concentrate on the worgs. The gobbos will break and flee once we take out their mounts."

Armando will assist Wen in guiding their sightless companions, while surreptitiously preparing a slingstone for delivery to a Warg. He'll only let it loose if battle has commenced. He grabs the nearest halfling by the shoulder and says, "They can't know you're blind, so be prepared to draw your weapons against a charge. Listen for our signal!"
