SO if he need to wipe out the last of the werewolves we should... A) give Ulric room to hit a group with web. B) make sure the archers have whatever silver arrows are left. C) Make sure all willing fighters can hit with some weapon....

Ulric 4/8
Olaf 3/14
Desmond 7/12
Josiane 5/9
Beringar 2/7
Dorgan 15/24
Torben 4/11
But Ulric stays out of the front line, so he is willing to go now.
Ulric has Charm Person, Anthracite Sufferance, and Web at his disposal.
Whistle! I didn't know we were quite that low. Yeah, we need some healing before we do much else, folks. Olaf, Ulric, Josiane, Beringar and Torben could all die from a single, unlucky, blow...and if we go back in to fight the WereWolves some of us are going to get hit!
What are our healing options? I seem to recall there is one healing potion left, is that right? Can Josiane do any healing? And then there is the 10 minute rest, right?

We're in trouble in a stand up fight. Only Dorgan and Dieter have the HP necessary to go toe-to-toe with one or more werewolves. We could try some hit-and-run tactics with others, advancing and retreating as their hit points and shield status (splintered or intact) dictates. But getting a couple of them stuck in a Web would be perfect. Or getting one of them to "turn coat" and succumb to Ulric's charms would also help.

Highbough can loan Wen a silver dagger when the magic-weapon spell wears off.

The house rules state the chance of surprise is doubled. But we'd each regain 1D6 hp.
I assume these house rules are still in effect?
Yes, but you can still set a watch.
Who ever is on watch isn't resting, but isn't any more likely to be surprised. Of course, they would need to be sufficiently removed from those resting to be able to give an early warning.
Remember that surprise distance is 10-60 yards in the wilderness, or 10-60 feet in dungeon/town/similar environment.

One and a half actually. No sign of Gustave, or of Desmond/Mondes.

Resting one exploration turn will get you 1-6 points back (at the cost of a 1 in 6 chance of monsters showing up).
Multiple rests will get you multiple rolls, but still a max of 6 points.
I'm pretty sure Dorgan still has a few nips of the invigorating Dwarf spirit left--that'll make yer beard curl and numb the pain too

Uh... where's Desmond? He hasn't been seen since he blew on the whistle...

Charm person will make someone Ulric's friend.
But he won't instantly view his pre-existing friends as enemies, and nor will be instantly be friendly toward his pre-existing enemies just because they are Ulric's friends. Ulric could potentially warm him up to them, but it might be difficult if, say, they had just killed most of his other friends...
Still, it certainly wouldn't hurt to have a friend on the inside

The Righteous Evanglist last for an hour (six turns), of which one turn (10 minutes) will have passed. So, five exploration turns remaining...
