If I could, I'd like to emend Rhod's actions to say that he steps forward and looses his arrow, then drops his bow and draws his sword.

And if it's too late to do that, I apologize to the rest of the party for blocking access to the battle.

Golguldir stays well back, allowing ample space for Aldbane the cleric to prove his mettle.

| Sorry to take so long to get back to this. With Rhod moving forward, anybody who wants to rush in and act this round (attack, spells, turn undead), can do so. So far I have Grampus attacking, Rhod shooting, Aldbane turning. There is room for more |

Serech moves forward between the two rows of companions, his countenance at once both grave and ecstatic. Holding his wooden cross, in a deep clear voice he vociferates:

"By Vhy-Zyn, He of the Everlasting Gaze! and his servant Ben-I-Dryl, Lord of Dreams (and clear nasal passages) I command you abhorrent creatures to leave my presence and return from whence you came!"

Sigmund will move forward and attack if a gap appears.

Catweazle will raise his lantern and try to look both ways at once in case any zombie goblins break through the front ranks or something unseen creeps up from behind.

Rhod steps forward and snaps off an arrow at a zombie, piercing it throug h its brain cage and dropping it instantly. Aldbane's abjurations have no effect, but the zombies seem scared by Serech's imprecations, and all but one turn and shuffle off at double speed down the eastern hallway. The last one is decapitated by Grampus' axe, and it collapses to the ground in two inert pieces
MECHANICS

Rhod arrow @zombie: 19 HIT for <1d6>=5 damage, killing it
Aldbane turn undead: <2d6> = 5 FAIL
Serech turn undead: <2d6> = 8 SUCCEED; turns away <2d6> = 5 zombies
Grampus @ zombie: 19 HIT for <1d6+1>=6 damage, killing it

Aldbane nods at Serech. "Brother, you must teach me the ways of Vhy-Zyn and his servant Ben-I-Dryl!"

"A decisive performance!" observes Golguldir approvingly. "Shall we proceed back to the mirror chamber to learn what secrets are hid there?"
