Whoever is listening at the north door hears two people talking. At one point the conversation gets loud enough he can hear an exasperated "But how are we to kill Ozminster without killing our charmed brothers in arms?"

Whoever is listening at the west door hears a whiny voice "Why are you standing around here when there are two more enemies in the next room to vanquish. Don't cross me or I'll send you someplace cold and friendless, like Greenland"

Oh yeah, Franklin almost forgot! He also looks for any kind of runes or wizardly writing on the door.
If you think it's a good idea (and assuming we can get past one or both of the doors) Franklin is willing to have an invisible snoop-around. He'd be looking for obvious signs of Ozminster's moral character, such as torture devices, demonic pentagrams, journal titled 'My Evil Plan,' etc. because right now Franklin isn't sure which of the wizards to trust.
Which door is he at?

While you're looking at the door for runes, etc. Rhod will take out his sword and cast
Detect Magic.
My reading of the spell is
The caster can sense the presence of any enchantment on a person, place, or object within range and sight. Lasts 2 turns.
So, you don't detect any magic except the invisible Franklin (no magic runes), but if you were shortly to see the theoretically charmed fighters, this would detect them as being under a charm

Sounds like there are two un-charmed fighters behind the north door, perhaps we should speak with them, maybe they will help us with Ozminster?

^ Agreed! I think the charmed people are about to emerge from the west door. I don't suppose we have any means of dispelling a charm?

Franklin was listening at the north door. He thinks, "Sounds like these people need allies," and opens the door, so the party can have a conversation with the un-charmed fighters. He's still invisible, so the fighters would see the door appear to open under its own power.

Invisible Franklin opens the north door, what are the others doing?

Maloof will quickly hustle into the north room (to avoid an immediate confrontation with whomever is beyond the west door).

Aldbane follows Maloof into the room.
Aldbane has nothing that would dispel magic, unfortunately.
