No other exits? Have we checked for secret doors?
Does that seem like an appropriate thing to do in this room? (I haven't looked at the map lately, really need to do that...)

Wiglaff will do a quick Elf Sweep™ around the edges of the room, but isn't going to spend a full searching turn.
He'll also ask Wodan to remove the mail from the skeleton & put it in his pack.
Where to next? There are a couple more unopened doors, plus a few of Mysteries on this level:
- door beyond room 21
- door between room 16 & 17
- the heavy yellow metal door at 42
- the room of darkness at 41
- the piper beyond room 57

Of course the elevator is quite tempting now as well.
The room's surrounded by other rooms and hallways that we've mapped. It doesn't seem a likely place for a secret door, but you never know.

Back down the passage, turn left at the intersection (still clearing webs & watching out for spiders), go through the door & into the main hall, take a left, stop at the Yellow Door on the left & give it a thorough inspection & a listen, if there's any sign of a gap through which listening would be possible.

This room has a metal door painted yellow, much dented and beaten, with a lock that you try to listen at, to no avail

The door opens outward - not sure where that puts the hinges
Maybe enough space under the door to slide a knife

Doors open toward the side the hinges are on. If we can see the hinges, the door opens toward us.
