As nobody said otherwise, I assumed that the party was overnighting in the burnt out level of the ruined tower -- the same place the party spent the first night. Downstairs is the ground floor and the dunjon entrance. Upstairs is the tower roof top.

The party's store of excess goods is in one of the cells in the dunjon, below ground.
