Anyone ever play
Cthulhu Dark rules-light system?

If/when we need a Sanity mechanic for this campaign (and I promise not on dungeon level 1), this might be it.

That is SUPER rules light. Interesting 4 pages though (well really 3 pages and a cover), thanks for sharing!

The rule about suppressing knowledge is my favorite. Once you've been to the brink of insanity (INSanity/INSight 5) you're sort of "in the know" and you gain the ability to lower your INS by destroying a Mythos book, burning down an occult temple, halting a ritual, etc.

The current map update is an example what I mean by "Lawful Dungeon."
Lawful PCs who know the Rules get an advantage: They can use the secret doors to cross from areas 2 to 6/15.
If you don't know the Rules then you can't use the secret doors, and you have to jump, swing, or climb across the bottomless crevice. You might fail your Climb check and plummet!

Good to know you still don't have control of your impulse control issues Ethan!

I do not see it as an issue...

However, she would consider it beneath herself to worry overmuch about it, it's more a show of good manners. In either case, it would be the height of rudeness for anyone to comment negatively on her appearance!

FYI: internet connection at my house has died, so my postings will be rare for possibly as long as a week! Willie will follow along with the group.

Hope you get your internet back soon!
Good timing for Willie to be a temp-NPC, with the party taking a quick detour back to the surface.
