Yes.
It can be thrown 6" (60ft underground, or 60yd outdoors) as a missile with a +1 to hit and no other range adjustment. Unless somehow prevented it will always fly back to Flin automatically, and will otherwise fly to his hand upon command from anywhere within 6".

I'll assume no meaningful progress for the main party until I see a proper marching order.

Also, final observation from me re the recent lizard ambush: Thanis really suffered for his poor AC 7. So, ideally he should be hitting them with arrows from 100yds, not getting hit with axes from 10ft

I mean... that's what I was trying to do in the first marching order, put the armoured peeps in front with ranged in the second ranks.

Per the above, would someone post the marching order please? Or let me know if you want me to do it and I will. Just let me know if you have a certain place you want to be in the order.
