Dorgan will walk over to Dieter and gauge his interest in a little sparring session.
"So, Ogreslayer, what say you ta the upcomin' challenge from ol' Sir Eberhart?" - Dorgan waves in the general direction of the pavilion - "You aimin' ta take 'em up on the proposition? Or ya want me to take a shot at 'em first and you ken see what's he made of?"

Once Wen is aware of Highbough (and Ulric) he would try to have a quiet word with them. In Serayenon Web would say "Wise-one it is an honor and a blessing to be in your learned presence. I am but a decade out of the Ivory Wold and have learned but little amongst the men of Westwold. But this winter under the light of the full moon I saw the word "Ket" written upon the frosted grasses. I know almost nothing of this place but trusted in the portent that I must come here. The somehow Ket holds the secrets that drew from the Ivory Wold. I pledge my aid to your cause if you'll have me. I am as learned as you but I have brought with me The Libretto Hermetica from out of the Wold."
Highbough stares at the newcomer with watery eyes. "Ket? 'Tis a dreadful place--goblins everywhere and terrible food. Do you have any lembas? My bowels haven't moved in weeks."

Wen would frown and reply "My apologies I have not tasted
real food in years. I have many of these so called dried fruit snacks the humans sell but they are mostly awful."

Wen notices that Highbough wears a creaky, old, black leather carapace. And carries a spear rather than a staff.
Curious indeed.

The Men of these parts know of The Boar by reputation.
He is rumoured to be one of
Ingo Gottfried's tight circle. A loud and robust sort, with an appetite for carousing and wagering, although he must surely be over 40 years old by now.
He has been absent from these parts, along with Gottfried and the majority of his Knights, for at least a year.

"Yes, Ket is a dark place. But it is full of secrets and we have only started to discover them."
Ulric then turns to the company.
"It seems that this knight stands between us and our goal. I do not like the idea of paying tribute to walk down this road."

"That's worth a try." Olaf says, "After we eat."
