Rhegaer lots the dead and comes up with mgt's roll comes to 23 [3 3 1 3 6 1 1 5 on 8d6] 23gp.....
Meanwhile Urist urges the party onward into the depths of the goblins caves. What does the group do?

The party holds position at the three way intersection. Shoul brings the lantern closer so Phadian can work on Urist. Meanwhile the rest of you wait in silence ready for the next attack wave to come......
Phadian requires 1 full turn (10 minutes) to bind the wounds (+1 hp) or 3 Full Turns (30mins) to treat the wounds (+2 hp)
The first turn...
mgt's roll comes to 5 [5 on 1d6]
Passes with out encounters... (Urist gains 1hp)...
Continue working or move on?

With that shrug the party moves onwards deeper into the cave system. After a short ways you find yourself back at the three way you retreated from after chasing a goblin. To the East the tunnel runs into somewhere you heard noises before but is silent now. To the North another tunnel runs also no noises at the moment. Of course you can turn around and retreat to the south.
What now?
edit: I said West in error and corrected it to East.
