Desmond sighs in frustration, having survived so much over the past few months only to be brought so close to death by such a simple thing as a lack of food.

"I'm in no position to suggest anything, as we cannot help, regardless of what the group decides, but... We need food. Smoke from multiple fires hovering over what we know to be Ket does not bode well. We should consider the possibility that we do not have a home to return to. On the other hand, going straight to the sisters with our finds might be the fastest way to ease our hunger pains..."

Another full day, assuming proper marching strength and all going well...

OOC: Were I actually in Dorgan's shoes, I'd be pretty desperate to find some food. So I suggest Highbough cast Invisibility on himself again and scout out the ruin. Or else we all scout out the ruin in force.

"I'm heading for the ruin," Dieter says. "It's the only place around that might have any food in it."

OOC: Is this the place we faced that giant?

OOC: Highbough's invisibility comes from his Boon, not a spell. It is only usable once per month, under certain conditions, iirc.

Dorgan wearily rises to his feet.

Wen generally thinks the safest place to be is near Dieter, or Ulric, so if Dieter heads towards the ruins Wen ready to go to the ruins.

Torben throws in support to venture into the ruins. 'Safety in numbers...' he grumbles.

"I'm so hungry I could eat a giant," groans completely visible Highbough. He joins the weary trek to explore the ruins in search of food.

"Yes, well, the Gingi people of the north have a superb recipe for giant as it happens. They serve it in a delightful berry sauce with a hint..of..." says Gustave, drifting off at the end and staring at the ground in thought.

He taps his breast plate absently, noting the hollow ring from within in the absence of a full belly, then shoulders his pack and follows Dieter.

"A goblin would roast up suitably though i believe", he muses.
