Tickticktickticktick...
Nothing.

"Look for a message, the chest thing had message" Kiplyn peers at the flat area and looks high and low....

Kiplyn searches but is struck by how smooth and featureless the secret door appears to be. The seams of the door "frame" have a tight tolerance and the level of craftsmanship is very skilled. Kip is reminded of the ancient tales of a time when Hobbets and Dwarves were allies.

"It's at times like these," muses Willie, innocently, "that I remember what my Mam always taught me: we live in a society ordered by rules. Or Rules, I suppose you might say."

Each time our heroes speak, there are faint clockwork sounds from within the secret door. It's as if the door (like the chest in area 3) is
sensing their words.
Still nothing.

Kiplyn stops looking around and turns towards Willie."What do you mean? You mean like the rules of the club. Oh like how the first rule You do not talk about ADVENTURE CLUB. opened the chest. So we just have say another rules like, You DO NOT talk about ADVENTURE CLUB!!. And wait, what was the next rule? Oh yeah, ESPECIALLY not to the HUMANS!!!"

When
Kiplyn speaks the Second Rule, there is a loud click and the secret door opens just a crack. Kip pushes on the rock panel and the door swings open effortlessly. Our heroes see a short section of rock tunnel. It winds for about 20' and then ends in another door-shaped section of rock to the west.
The walls, floor, and ceiling of this hallway are covered with rainbow colored artwork. Generations of Adventurers have left their marks, signed their names, or scrawled playful graffiti. It's a veritable who's who of Hobbet Heroes, the halfling equivalent of the Hollywood walk of fame. Nearly every square inch is covered in chalk writing or drawing, but there are still a few blank spots to be filled in. Sharp-eyed observers will notice a few familiar names such as "Black Dougal," "TET," and in bright colors "WILLIE WAS HERE (I'll be back soon)."
On the floor are several boxes of colored chalk.

Having already written his name once, Dougal steps aside for anyone else to write their name if they wish...

With a smile, Noh steps up and takes up a good, bright, nature green bit of chalk to write:
Carc
and
Noh'won
Then, with the raven's permission, putting a chalk imprint of Carc's talons on top of the "and".

Dame Simonetta shrugs and carefully writes her name in neat, precise script.
