Still anchoring the rope, Torben shifts his feet back and forth just to be moving. He takes a deep breath and whispers over to Olaf: 'Give the rope a tug or two.'

Highbough senses faint sounds of activity from below. He prepares his rope-pulling muscles for instant action. "I hope someone is keeping watch..." he cautions.

There is a responding tug from below, before the trio haul Dieter up from below. He looks even grimmer than usual, if that is possible.
