Robur has the fancy dagger.
The southeast tunnel dead-ends in a 20' diameter cul-de-sac (area 39)
There is a pool of water in the center of the floor. The pool is 10' wide and 10' deep. At the bottom can be seen the sparkle of many coins. Mostly copper pieces, plus a few silver and gold.
Dame Simonetta feels a calming tingle from her owl medallion, sort of the opposite of how it reacts around undead.
