Garven's AC would be 6 (ringmail is AC 7, helm adds 1), or 4 if he uses his shield as well. However, his warhammer is a two handed weapon, so he cannot use that and a shield at the same time. He could wear the shield on his back thou.
There's no need to worry about the "chance is 6" due to abilities; those are now based on class to make my life simpler [img]images/smiley/smiley.png[/img]
So you would have something like this:
STR : 12 (--) melee attacks, load limit,
INT : 09 (--)
WIS : 17 (+1) 8 langs, +1 clerical spells per day, +15% XP,
DEX : 11 (--) AC, initiative, missile attacks,
CON : 12 (--) +2 hp adjustment,
CHA : 10 (--) +0 reaction, 2 henchmen.
You will start with (2d6=6, 2) 9 hit points.
You don't need to detail all your known languages up front, but you would probably want at least: Urulgar (Dwarf), Illiberal (common), Old Dwarfish, and literacy.
The rest is up to you...
