In fact, the only PCs with sufficient funds to cover the rent are; Deiter, Olaf, Ulric, Wibert, Highbough and Desmond. Gustave has blown his loot on a spanking suit of plate armour, and is now close to skint.

However, 200sp from each of the six PCs above will be enough to get you the keys.
