Initiative is rolled once more (1d6; Wibert=3+1, enemy=3 luckeeeeee!) and Wibert plays to his strength (hiding!) and darts under a broken sarcophagi, then doubles back around one of the standing relics like a ferret vanishing down a rabbit hole...
(Seeing as there is nothing to distract the withering horror on his heel this time Wibert will need a spectacular roll of 6 to vanish from its dread sight; Yet another big roll coming up... 1d6=4 Alas, not quite enough.)
No sooner has the daring Hobbit doubled back into the shadow behind a stone pillar expecting the horror to pass by behind his right shoulder than it sudden shrieks out between two coffins immediately to his left and thrusts its merciless bone sword at him... (assuming the defensive fighting bonus to AC since Wibert didn't attack this round and is hiding between coffins and pillars... 1d20=17!) Despite his lightning reflexes Wibert is cornered and the fell blade has pierced him before he can even turn, holding him in an icy stasis for an agonising moment...
"Noohhww yoooo aarrrrrrrr Mmhhiinnneee!" sneers the undead terror and it leans closer to clutch Wibert about the throat with its icy claws and draw every ounce of warmth from his body, slowly but certainly snuffing the life from him utterly.
So Cold...
...so dark...
Nothing.
